Fined for using violence against a schoolgirl

The court investigation on the criminal case of the former deputy head of the Executive Power of the Lankaran region Rasili Arifgyzy, accused of using violence against a schoolgirl, has been completed, oxu.az reports citing APA. The verdict was read out in the district court at a meeting chaired by Judge Rashad Mammadov. According to the verdict, she was fined 4,000 manats.

In sentencing, the court took into account, as a mitigating circumstance, the reconciliation reached between the parties, as well as the absence of any complaints or demands. In her last speech, the former deputy head of the Executive Power expressed regret that the case had taken on such a scale.
