Teenagers suspected of murder

A murder has been committed in the capital of Azerbaijan. This was reported by ozu.az with reference to the General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan.

It is noted that as a result of operational and investigative actions carried out by employees of the prosecutor’s office and the police, a serious crime committed in the Surakhani region was revealed in hot pursuit.

So, on October 9, 2022, at about 20:00, in the village of Hovsan, the body of Cherkez Aleskerov (born 1994) was found with traces of violent death. On this fact, a criminal case was initiated in the prosecutor’s office of the Surakhani region under the relevant article.

In the course of intensive investigative and operational-search activities, solid suspicions arose that the crime was committed by Alexander Serebrennikov and Elman Mansumov (both born in 2006). These persons were detained and brought to the investigation.

The criminal investigation is currently ongoing.
