Persons who repeatedly fail to repay the debt without a good reason will be fined up to 7,000 manat

Responsibility for failure to comply with the requirements of an official of the executive body in connection with the execution of decisions of the court and other bodies is increasing, APA reports. This was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which was submitted for discussion at a meeting of the Milli Majlis.

According to the draft, individuals who have received an administrative penalty for failure to comply with the requirement of an executive document within the period established by the executive official without a good reason will be fined in the amount of 1,000 to 1,500 manats. The same penalty covers cases of non-fulfillment of other legal requirements related to the execution of decisions of other state bodies or repeated non-fulfillment, within one year from the date of entry into force of the decision on an administrative penalty, or, depending on the circumstances of the case, taking into account the identity of the person who committed offense, administrative arrest for up to 2 months will be applied. Officials will be fined in the amount of 2.5 to 4 thousand manats, legal entities in the amount of 5 thousand to 7 thousand manats.
The bill was put to the vote and adopted in the first reading.
