Police prevented two burglary attempts

Two theft attempts have been stopped in Baku over the past two days, oxu.az reports with reference to the country’s Interior Ministry.

On October 24, 2022, at about 23:00, the Khatai District Security Department received an alarm signal from a house guarded by special technical means, located on I. Abbasov Street.

Police officers immediately arrived at the indicated address. They detained a resident of the capital, E. Huseynzade, who was trying to commit a theft. He was handed over for investigation to the 37th police department of the RUP.

A similar incident occurred on October 25 at about 19:00 on M. Ganjavi Street. The Department of Security of the Sabunchu district received an alarm signal from a house guarded by special technical means.

Officers who arrived at the scene immediately detained F. Abdulov, a resident of the capital, previously convicted of a drug-related crime, who was trying to commit a theft. He was handed over for investigation to the 13th police department of the Sabunchu District Police Department.
