A new department has been created in the Apparatus of Milli Majlis, APA reports. This is the department for the reception of citizens and work with their appeals. Emil Eldar oglu Taghiyev has been appointed head of the new department.

It is noted that before that he served as deputy head of the Department for organizing the work of committees and commissions of the Milli Majlis.
