The term of arrest for the detainees of the “Terter case” has been extended

The petition of the investigating authority in connection with the extension of the measure of restraint against those brought to criminal responsibility in the “Terter case” Niftaliyeva Rashid Agasharif oglu, Mikayilov Ruslan Mukhammedali oglu, Mashiev Sanana Sakhavat oglu, Gahramanova Jabir Babakhan oglu, Aliyeva Elchin Kyalam oglu and Mammadova Intigama Sharif oglu, was considered , APA reports.

At a meeting of the Baku Military Court, the petition was granted. According to the decision of the court, the term of imprisonment of the accused was extended by 3 months.

The preliminary investigation of the criminal cases of Vusal Aziz oglu Aleskerov, Rustam Cherkez oglu Aleskerov, Ramil Fariz oglu Garayev and Fuad Arazi oglu Akhundov, who were previously arrested in the Terter case, continues.

Some time ago, a preventive measure in the form of detention was also chosen against them.
