Thieves who introduced themselves as postal workers stole 80 thousand manats from the apartment

In the Khatai district of Baku, a robbery was committed in one of the apartments, the Internet news portal report.az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The law enforcement agencies received information about a robbery on the morning of November 21, 2022 in one of the apartments in the Khatai district of Baku. Unidentified persons who introduced themselves as postal workers entered the apartment, hit an owner on the head with a blunt object and took 80,000 manats and jewelry worth 20,000 manats.

As a result of the operational-search activities carried out by the police, the persons suspected of committing a robbery were detained.

The investigation into the fact is ongoing.
