Persons suspected of drug trafficking detained

As a result of operations carried out in October-November by employees of the Yasamal District Police Department, 61 suspects of involvement in drug trafficking were detained, oxu.az reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.

A large number of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances were seized. These facts are being investigated.

Operative measures are underway to detain other members of the drug network.
