So, in the Whatsapp application, the user “Vahid” created a group called “Investments”. Having entered the trust of citizens, he deceived more than 100 people, embezzling money in exchange for profits from “investments”.

As a result of the necessary operational measures carried out by the employees of the Main Department, it was established that the fraud was committed by Vahid Rzayev. He is detained. It was established that in a few months he caused material damage to the victims in the amount of more than 200,000 manats.

In fact, a criminal case was initiated on several points of the article of the Criminal Code on fraud. A measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen against him
