Drug dealer suspect detained

A suspect in the sale of drugs was detained in the Samukh region, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country.

Based on the information received, the employees of the RUP conducted an operation, as a result of which Khanlar Aliyev, a previously convicted resident of the Goranboy region, suspected of illegally purchasing and storing narcotic drugs for the purpose of selling them, was detained and taken to the district police department. During the search, eight bundles of marijuana with a total weight of about 8.4 kg g and one with 1.1 kg of heroin were found in his bag.

During interrogation, the detainee stated that he had purchased drugs from a stranger with the intent to sell. The material evidence seized has been sent for examination.

Investigation into this fact is ongoing at the RPD.
