The Judicial-Legal Council announced the number of judges dismissed from office

In 2022, two judges were dismissed, and the powers of one judge were terminated ahead of schedule, reports oxu.az. This was stated at a meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council.

The Council constantly monitors and receives citizens, studies the relevant appeals received by the hotline.

It was emphasized that last year more than 160 judges received official warnings for relevant violations. All this was taken into account when evaluating their activities, and disciplinary proceedings were initiated for repeated violations.
