Azerbaijani customs officers seized a large amount of jewelry

On the basis of the operational information received, employees of the Main Department of Customs for Air Transport carried out an examination of the hand luggage of an Azerbaijani citizen who arrived on the Istanbul-Baku flight, 1news.az reports citing the press service of the State Customs Committee.

So, during the inspection, about 17 kilograms of gold jewelry, packed in 6 boxes, were found.

The fact is being investigated.
