Persons spreading information about guilt without a court decision will be fined

A new fine has been set for disseminating information about the guilt of a person without a court decision that has entered into legal force, APA reports. This was reflected in the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev on the approval of amendments to the Code of Administrative Violations.

According to the Code, for disseminating information about the guilt of a person without a court decision that has entered into force, officials will be fined in the amount of one thousand to one thousand five hundred manats, legal entities – from two thousand five hundred to three thousand five hundred manats.
