Detained on suspicion of theft

Gold jewelry worth 7,000 manats was stolen from a house in the Badamdar settlement of the Sabail district of Baku, oxu.az reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As a result of an operation carried out by officers of the 41st police department, a housekeeper and her husband were detained on suspicion of committing a crime.

The matter is under investigation.
