Ministry of Labor: after the war, 285 thousand various social services were provided

After the war, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population provided 285,000 various social services to 124,000 people, martyr families, war invalids and war veterans.

Chairman of the Board of the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Anar Bayramov said this at the presentation of the interim results of the project “Coordination and transformation of mental health services in the post-conflict period”, APA reports.

He noted that 4,600 of them are provided with individual housing, the degree of disability of 3,900 people has been established. 1900 people were provided with various types of rehabilitation equipment. 416 people were provided with 433 prostheses. Through 14 rehabilitation centers subordinate to the agency, psychological assistance was provided to 2,803 war veterans.
