President Ilham Aliyev spoke at the official opening ceremony of the 28th International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition as part of the Baku Energy Week

On May 31, 2023, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev takes part in the official opening ceremony of the 28th International Caspian Oil and Gas Exhibition Caspian Oil&Gas and the 11th Caspian International Energy and Green Energy Exhibition Caspian Power at the Baku Expo Center.

According to AZERTAC, the head of state spoke at the event.
