Armenian residents of Karabakh freely cross the Lachin BCP to travel to Armenia

Once again, conditions have been created for the free passage of the Armenian residents of Karabakh through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) through the Lachin state border checkpoint, installed on the Khakari River on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border, Trend reports.
