Azerbaijan, as a humanistic step, released thousands of Armenian soldiers who agreed to lay down their arms, APA reports citing the country’s Foreign Ministry.

“Along with the above, the Armenian Foreign Ministry is well aware that Azerbaijan, as a humanistic step, released thousands of Armenian military personnel and illegal military formations who agreed to lay down their arms and left for Armenia without any obstacles. In this regard, the false campaign carried out by Armenia has no basis,” the information says.
