The trial began in the case of an armed attack on a hypermarket

A judicial review of the criminal case initiated against the accused in connection with an armed incident in a Baku hypermarket has begun, oxu.az reports with reference to APA. At the trial, chaired by Judge Azad Medzhidov, the state prosecutor read out the indictment. The accused did not admit their guilt.

The trial will continue on October 18, 2023.

It is noted that a criminal case has been opened in the Investigation Department of the Supervisory Agency and an investigation is underway in connection with the premeditated murder of Rufat Gashimov and the infliction of severe injuries on Samir Shaidaev during an armed incident that occurred on March 4, 2023 at about 12:00 in a market in the Khatai district of Baku.
