More than 700 million malicious links blocked in Azerbaijan in nine months

In January-September of this year, in order to ensure the information security of government agencies in the AzstateNet state network, 709,735,000 malicious links were blocked using new generation security equipment, 4,602,000 malicious viruses were blocked using a centralized anti-virus system, oxu.az reports with reference to information distributed by the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In addition, according to the data, over nine months, using special protection systems, 56,500 virus-containing documents were detected and their forwarding to government agencies was prevented.
