The Milli Majlis approved the living wage and the criterion of need for 2024

At today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis, the bill “On the cost of living for 2024” was discussed and adopted in the third reading, Report informs. In the bill, the cost of living in the country as a whole for 2024 is set at 270 manats, for the working population – 287, for pensioners – 222, for children – 235 manats.

The bill provides for a threshold of need for 2024 for the assignment of targeted state social assistance in the amount of 270 manats.
