Over the past 45 days, drugs worth 4 million manats have been seized from circulation in Azerbaijan

Police officers continue intensive efforts to combat drug trafficking. As APA reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during a series of operations carried out in Baku and other regions of the republic over the past 45 days, employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Drugs detained 3 groups that organized drug trafficking, including 49 people involved in the sale of these substances.

During the operation, a total of 132 kilograms of drugs and drug-containing substances worth 4 million manats were seized from illegal circulation on the black market.
