A criminal case has been opened in connection with the misappropriation of public funds at the school

The Terter district prosecutor’s office opened a criminal case in connection with the theft of public funds at a secondary school in the village of Shikharkh. Report was informed about this by the prosecutor’s office of the Terter region. The investigation was carried out on the basis of citizens’ complaints about violations at secondary school No. 1 named after Dagystan Azizov.

Based on the results of the investigation, reasonable suspicions of misappropriation and embezzlement of public funds on a large scale were revealed.

Based on this fact, the Terter District Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal case under Article 179.2.3 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement and misappropriation using official position).
