Azerbaijan’s CEC schedules early presidential elections on Feb 7, 2024

A meeting of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan (CEC) on the snap presidential elections kicked off, APA reports. The Central Election Commission has scheduled extraordinary presidential elections on February 7, 2024.

CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov said that according to the decision, early elections will be held on February 7, 2024.

The decision was taken by voting. The decision enters into force on the day of its publication.
