Commercial disputes are excluded from the scope of mediation

The scope of mediation is changing. According to APA, this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the law “On Mediation,” which was included in the agenda of the upcoming meeting of the Milli Majlis on December 19, 2023.

According to the amendment, commercial disputes are excluded from the scope of mediation.
