Officers who received bribes sentenced

The judicial investigation of the criminal case against employees of the Khazar district department of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, accused of taking a bribe, has been completed. According to oxu.az, at the last meeting of the Baku Military Court, chaired by Judge Zeynal Agayev, a verdict was read out, according to which the defendant Savalan Rasulov was sentenced to three years and six months, and Farid Ismayilov to three years in prison. During the trial, the defendants pleaded not guilty and asked for an acquittal.
