The foundation laying ceremony for the fourth residential complex took place in the city of Agdam

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva took part in the foundation laying ceremony for the fourth residential complex to be built in the city of Agdam. According to AZERTAC, the head of state and the first lady were informed about the residential complex.

It was reported that part of the territory on which a residential complex with a total area of almost 14 hectares will be built covers a multifunctional zone. The residential buildings that will be built in this complex will have 1,080 apartments with a total area of 137 thousand square meters, 36 of them are one-room, 363 are two-room, 484 are three-room, 197 are four-room.

President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva watched a video about the residential complex.

It was noted that heat-intensive natural building materials will be used in the construction of buildings in the residential complex. The buildings will be provided with constant water and electricity supplies and high-speed Internet. Heating and hot water supply will be provided through a central boiler room.

The complex will also have sports grounds, recreation areas, children’s playgrounds, bicycle paths and parking lots.

The head of state laid the foundation for the fourth residential complex in the city of Agdam.
