The Baku Military Court appealed to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in connection with the “Terter case”

Today, the Sumgayit court held a hearing on the criminal case of Ruslan Mikailov, Sanan Mashiev, Jabir Gahramanov and Elchin Aliyev, accused in the “Terter case”. According to oxu.az, the victims did not participate in the trial chaired by judge of the Baku Military Court Zeynal Agayev, which is why it was decided to postpone it.

The victims did not participate in previous hearings, so the Baku Military Court on September 6 made a decision to forcefully bring them. But the decision was not implemented, so at today’s trial the court decided to appeal to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vilayat Eyvazov with a request to take control of the execution of court decisions in order to avoid unnecessary prolongation of court hearings.

The appeal states that according to the court decision, the police stations and departments of Aghdam, Ganja, Barda, Goranboy, Yevlakh, Astara, Sabirabad, Sheki, Gabala districts and the city of Mingachevir, as well as Garadagh and Nasimi districts of Baku must ensure the forced bringing of victims to court.
