Over the past 24 hours, more than 22 kg of drugs were discovered and seized

Over the past 24 hours, as a result of operational activities carried out by police officers, more than 22.9 kg of narcotic drugs, as well as 1,048 methadone tablets, were discovered and seized in Azerbaijan. Report was informed about this by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

11 kg 940 g of heroin, 7 kg 727 g of marijuana, 1 kg 23 g of opium, 2 kg 220 g of methamphetamine, as well as 1,048 methadone tablets were seized from illegal trafficking.

Measures to combat drug trafficking continue.
