Weapons and about half a kilo of drugs were seized

As a result of operational search activities, employees of the Khizi district police department detained a previously convicted resident of the district, Mehman Akhundov. As Report was told in the Guba regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 1 Kalashnikov assault rifle, 1 magazine and 21 cartridges were found and seized from him.

During another operation, a previously convicted resident of the Mehrab Hamidli district was detained, from whom 470 grams of marijuana were found and seized.

Criminal cases have been initiated on both facts.
