Last year, the Supreme Court overturned judicial acts in 1,696 cases

Last year, the Supreme Court overturned judicial decisions in 1,696 cases. Report informs, Chairman of the Supreme Court and Judicial-Legal Council Inam Kerimov said this at a meeting of the plenum of the Supreme Court.

At the meeting, it was noted that in 2023, judicial acts were canceled in 889 cases in cassation proceedings of the civil collegium, in 209 cases in the proceedings of the collegium in criminal cases, in 479 cases in the proceedings of the collegium in administrative cases and in 119 cases being processed by the commercial board.
