Military Prosecutor’s Office: The search continues for those found guilty of committing genocide in Garadaghly

The search for those found guilty of committing genocide in Garadaghly continues. As APA reports, this was stated by senior assistant to the military prosecutor – head of the press service of the military prosecutor’s office, chief adviser to justice Firad Aliyev.

He noted that the investigation carried out by the military prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Azerbaijan established that in the period from February 14 to 17, 1992, members of the Armenian armed formations deliberately killed 67 residents of the village of Garadaghly in the Khojavend region with particular cruelty:

Currently, under the control of Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev and Military Prosecutor Khanlar Valiyev, comprehensive investigative and operational measures are ongoing and all measures will be ensured in accordance with the requirements of the law, as well as generally accepted norms and principles of international law. Anyone who has committed crimes against peace, humanity and other crimes against our people will definitely receive a well-deserved punishment.
