President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter to the participants of the 27th Eurasian Economic Summit in Istanbul. As APA‘s correspondent in Turkey reports, the appeal was read by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkey Rashad Mammadov.
