Suspect of drug trafficking detained

A suspect in illegal drug sales was detained in the Shamkir region, Report informs citing the Ganja regional press service group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Thus, as part of measures to combat drug trafficking, employees of the Shamkir district police department detained a resident of the district, Samir Huseynov, on suspicion of illegal sale of narcotic drugs.

Over 4 kg of marijuana was found and seized from him, as well as from a building in the area.

The fact is under investigation.
