West develops and encourages corruption in the CIS

The IOLR analysts came to the conclusion that in order to achieve political and economic purposes foreign companies develop and encourage corruption in the countries of former Soviet Union.

On instructions of security services practically all foreign companies which operating in these countries use sophisticated methods of corruption and teach local officials and businessmen to such methods.

Do they cripple in order to treat? They do this in order to have a reason to be interfered in the affairs of others.
