Ministry of Internal Affairs: 34 people suspected of committing crimes detained in Azerbaijan

On July 22, 2024, police officers solved 37 crimes registered on the territory of Azerbaijan and 6 crimes related to previous periods, Trend reports, citing information disseminated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.

It is noted that a total of 123 people who were wanted were detained (including 85 people as debtors). 20 facts related to drugs were revealed, and 11 facts related to the discovery and seizure of illegally stored ammunition. 34 people were detained on suspicion of committing crimes,” the department said in a statement.
