The Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an operation: there are detainees

The Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted operations in the capital and regions against the illegal possession of firearms, Report informs with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. During these activities, Kalashnikov assault rifles, magazines and 103 cartridges were found on three detainees.

During operational and investigative activities to combat illegal drug trafficking, previously convicted persons Diyanat Agadadashov, Tarlan Jafarov, Aygun Hajiyeva and Mukhammad Abushov were detained. A total of 26 kg of marijuana, heroin, methamphetamine, as well as 51 bushes of cultivated hemp were found on them.

It was established that M. Abushov also fraudulently appropriated citizens’ funds, posing as an official of state authorities.

Criminal cases have been initiated on the facts, and by a court decision, preventive measures in the form of detention have been chosen for the detainees.
