The executive power authorized rallies in the “Azadlig” square

According to the instruction of the Head of Executive Power of Baku from May 1, 2013, daily from 8.00 to 22.00 it is allowed free rallies, marches and folk festivals on Azadlig Square (formerly square named after Lenin).

The streets leading to the square will be established ATM and everyone by buying a ticket for 1 manat, will be able to hold a meeting on the area or walk around for an hour. For those wishing to spend a few hours in the square will be sold tickets with detachable coupons. In the kiosks will be able to buy flags, T-shirts and posters with logos and slogans of “Musavat”, “Popular Front”, “New Azerbaijan”, DPA and CPA.
