The investigation of the criminal case has been completed, and the collected materials, along with the indictment, have been submitted to the court. On November 22, 2024, a preparatory hearing on this case was held in the Khazar District Court of Baku.

It was established that Javid Dunyamaliyev and Jalil Jalilov, accused under Articles 271.3, 272.3 and 273-1.4.2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, illegally gained access to e-health.gov.az, miq.edu.az and other databases through cyber interference, seized personal data of Azerbaijani citizens and sent them to special servers at their disposal. After the activities of these individuals were exposed, the personal data they collected and illegal access to the relevant information systems were blocked.
