Guba District Police Department officers detained Aziz Seidov and Mahir Bayramov, accused of fraud, Report informs citing the regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The said individuals, by prior agreement, took possession of another person’s property, abusing his trust. Having promised the victim to find him a job, they appropriated the money the citizen had taken on bail for a house in Baku. However, by failing to fulfill their promises, they caused him material damage in the amount of 102,000 manat.

A criminal case has been opened on the fact, and the court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest for both individuals.
