Persons wanted by Russia detained in Azerbaijan

Persons declared wanted by Russia were detained in Azerbaijan. As a result of search-operations carried out by the employees of Main Criminal Investigation Department, Evez Naghiyev declared wanted under article  126 (kidnapping) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Seymur Mammadov wanted under article  132 (rape) were detained, APA reports with reference to website of the Interior Ministry.
