Director General and a number of employees of “Aztelekom” arrested

On November 16, 2015 with decision of the Sabail District Court of Baku Mammad Mammadov, Director General, was arrested for a period of 3 months.

M. Mammadov is charged under the articles 179.3.2 (embezzlement on a large scale), 308.2 (abuse of power) and 313 (forgery).

Together with him there has been arrested Fatullakh Seyidov, a Chief of “Baku telefon rabitesi” PA of Nizami District and an accountant of this enterprise.

APA notes that it was previously arrested Ogtay Rustamov, a Chief accountant of “Aztelekom”.

Detained persons are in Baku investigatory isolation ward.
