F. Gahramanli arrested

Baku City Nasimi District Court has made a decision on pre-trial detention of Fuad Gahramanli for three months, APA reports.

Fuad Gahramanli was prosecuted under Article 281 (“Public appeals for violence directed against the state”) and Article 283 (“Inciting national, racial or religious hatred”) of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Note that Fuad Gahramanli is deputy chairman
