M. Ahmedov arrested on court’s decision

Veteran of Azerbaijani football M. Ahmedov was arrested on a court’s decision for period of 3 months, APA reports with reference to Police Department of Binagadi District and placed in Baku Investigatory ward. He is charged in fraud.

Ahmadov is accused of fraud. In 2012 a resident of Baku city Fagan Jafarov submitted a complaint to the police that Ahmadov took from his plant tiles in the amount of 72,000 manat, but the money had not paid them. Criminal case was instituted on the basis of this complaint. However, even three years later Ahmadov has not paid the required amount.

December 14, 2015 the Binagadi District Police received another complaint on M. Ahmedov. In his complaint, a resident of Baku city Yusif Azizov said that Akhmedov took his marbles in the amount of 105,000 manat, but the money did not paid. Ahmadov also took him 15,000 manat, promising to arrange his son to work, but the promise did not fulfilled.

Both complaints were combined into a single criminal case, investigative activities on which are currently ongoing.
