In 2015 the right to leave country was restricted more than 6,000 debtors

In the collegiate meeting at the Ministry of Justice, the Minister of Justice Fikrat Mammadov said that in comparison with the year 2014 to 2015, the number of works on execution increased more than 50%, APA reports.

It was executed more than 220 thousand cases. There were provided a payment in the budget 168 million manats by legal entities and individuals.

There were made administrative reports against 5520 persons in respect of 370 persons knowingly evading enforcement of judgments, criminal proceedings were instituted, including 2750 persons were arrested administratively. 6238 debtors were restricted the right to leave temporarily the country.
