Justice for the rich

The Supreme Court of Azerbaijan (A. Aliev, V. Ibadov, I. Aliyev) upheld the illegal decision of the Baku Court of Appeal (H. Mamedov, K. Badalov, E. Nabiev), by which land plot of Aygun Makhmudova was kidnapped and sold to “Gilan” with using forged power of attorney.

Notary had shot himself but it became easier to “Gilan” only.

The court found a deal on the sale of land by using forged power of attorney illegal and even filed a criminal case, but land lot has been left to the “Gilan” company! It took pity on a “poor” company.
