Criminal case initiated on appropriation fact in wine store

Main Department for combat to corruption under General Prosecutor investigated a case on illegal actions of no. 4 “Bakı Şərab-1” shop’s managing director in Geokchay. The material was sent to Prosecutor’s Office by the company “Bakı Şərab-1” JSC, reports APA.

In course of investigation there was established that alcohol drinks assigned for sale had not been cashed by M. Gadirov, the managing director. As result, there were grounds to suspect in his appropriation of company’s 86,000 manats. Criminal case was instituted under article 179.3.2 (appropriation or embezzlement in big amount).

Presently, investigations actions on the case are continued
