Court dismisses Yunus’ appeal

On 11 March 2016 the Baku Court of Appeal held a hearing on the appeal of Leyla and Arif Yunus.

The court dismissed the appeal, lawyer Elchin Sadigov told APA.

The lawyer said they will file a cassation appeal against the decision of the Baku Court of Appeal.  

Leyla and Arif Yunus have appealed to the Yasamal district court, seeking permission to temporarily leave Azerbaijan for treatment.

The court dismissed the appeal and they lodged an appeal against the decision.
