Pediatrician-fraudster

There was instituted a criminal case against Eldar Mammadov, a pediatrician of Jabrayil District Central Hospital. It was initiated with fraud fact caused to damage to a large scale, reports haqqin.az with reference to Turan agency.

During investigation it was found that in exchange for the assignment of their disability group, E. Mammadov had appropriated 184 000 manats, which were belonging to approximately of 130 residents of Jabrayil District, temporally residing in Bilasuvar region.
