Court of Sabunchi district of Baku has ruled checking statements of arrested Elnur Suleymanov about his torture in the Police Department.

The fact of torture has confirmed by the conclusion of the doctors of the Baku detention facility in Kyurdahan where E. Suleymanov was sent after his arrest.

Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova in emphasis does not see written and does not want to hear the namesake.
